Health & Safety Documentation

Eventful Management applies German health & safety principles and standards as the baseline for all events, regardless of location. Where local legislation in the country of operation requires additional or different measures, these are incorporated accordingly. Our standard H&S documentation package is prepared for each event in compliance with DGUV Vorschrift 17 and comprises:

  • A covering letter introducing the company and its H&S framework
  • Method Statements setting out how Eventful Management complies with DGUV Vorschrift 17 across all operational areas
  • An event-specific Risk Assessment (Gefährdungsbeurteilung) prepared in accordance with ArbSchG §5 and DGUV Vorschrift 1
  • Emergency Procedures document posted in the production office on site

These documents are event-specific and are prepared and submitted for each project individually. To request a copy of our standard H&S documentation, please contact us.
