Vienna
The beautiful city of Vienna is only 4 hours drive from our offices in Munich, as regular visitors Eventful Management can easily and economically supply event services to this popular event location.
International finance event SIBOS visited the city’s exhibition in the autumn of 2008. Working for Jack Morton we provided all the scenery. The plenary was on a truly large scale, the stage and a large flown screen were positioned in front of an 80m wide cyclorama and a veritable forest of scenic columns which allowed for the creation of various dramatic visual effects. In addition a number of smaller meeting areas and seminar rooms were spread out of the exhibition halls.
Shortly afterwards we returned to the same venue to provide scenic support to London agency Live for a KPMG international partner event. The usual large plenary was supplemented by a number of smaller meeting areas complete with large complementary graphics.
On a smaller scale the Hilton Hotel provided the location for Lundbeck to introduce a new drug to doctors from around Europe. UK based producer Graham Grimshaw contracted us to provide a complete turnkey solution for all his technical requirements
