Barcelona, home to some of the world’s most esoteric architecture, is a very popular event location. Over the years we have done many events here from which a number especially stand out.

An event for the Danish pharmaceutical company Lundbeck presented both time and design challenges as available time for installation of both the expansive plenary scenery and the exhibition area was very short. The exhibition area had to be seamlessly integrated into the hotel foyer to create an environment which reflected the client’s brand identity.

For HP’s Tech@Work event in the International Convention Centre we built both the plenary stage area and numerous breakout room sets presenting us with a particular logistical challenges to ensure all the right elements made it to the right place in this cavernous Barcelona conference centre.

Honeywell Process Solutions division chose Barcelona in 2010 for their annual user group meeting and once again Eventful Management provided all the scenery and technical services for the plenary and breakout sessions as well as managing the construction of a demonstration and exhibition area highlighting their latest industry products and solutions.
