Phill originally came to Germany as part of a European travel year, but a chance meeting with Edwin in Munich in 2002 led to him beginning work with Eventful Management and subsequently taking up a key role within the organisation and production side of the business.

A key advocate of systems and order, and (in-)famous for his "lists", Phil has transformed the operation of the Eventful Mangement workshop and warehousing facilities to levels of efficiency exceeding those of our competitors. He has developed his own database application which monitors our inventory and manages production, loading and quality control of all the scenic components which contribute to an event both during production in the workshop and construction on-site. Without this reliable level of micro-management of the constituent elements of a project Eventful Management would not be able to work on the size of events we are now able to support. Phills' tireless work in the area of quality management was key in Eventful Management achieving DIN EN ISO 9001 certification in 2011
